Our DSCR rental loans empower investors to expand their rental portfolios quickly with 30-year, fixed-rate financing. Also known as “buy and hold” loans, this program requires minimal documentation and no prior real estate investing experience. Borrowers are primarily qualified based on the property’s income through its Debt Service Coverage Ratio (DSCR). These loans can be used to purchase properties, refinance existing ones, or perform cash-out refinances to unlock existing equity.
