Our Fix and Flip (Bridge) loans offer both new and seasoned investors a fast, simple, and reliable way to fund their renovation projects. Many of our clients use the BRRRR (Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance, Repeat) Method to maximize their investments. Our bridge loans cover the purchase and renovation costs, while our DSCR rental program provides flexible 30-year terms for refinancing newly rehabbed properties into income-producing rentals.
